Aside from a poorly run office staff, Dr. Figueroa simply stares at the computer screen writing out your prescription with very little eye contact. Shows a true disinterest in patient’s current state of mind. His ego will not allow any constructive criticism.

Dr. Pillai is the most straight forward, doctor that has that Human Feature. He doesn't just write scripts. He remembers what I told him at our last visit, so I don't have to try to remember what I spoke about and he Just LISTENS with professional care. He doesn't over medicate, he brings you back to life. He has given me Life

Office manager hung up on me when I asked for a medicines side effect.

This doctor does what he is told by workmans comp attornies. He does not put the patients best interests first. Its a shame!!

Everything was fine when my husband saw him but he ended up missing a few appointments due to things coming up. We didn't mind paying the fees and the appointment was just to get his meds refilled. Upon calling to reschedule my husband was informed he was no longer welcome there and they would not refil his meds that are important to his health!! We even asked if they could do a partial fill until we could locate another doctor. To make matters worse the office manager had the nerve when I called to tell me it's my fault as his wife that he missed his appointment and that I was doing my job to take care of him. That is no way to talk to somebody! I will be calling the BBB on this doctors office!

Dr. Noel Figueroa has a great personality, very laid back. Takes time and interest in patient. Good listener and communicator. Very knowledgeable. He is a doctor that makes me feel like he really cared about me. Always returns phone calls and he is very compassionate. I whole heartedly recommend him.

I have a doctor in my hometown that I appreciate all her help to deal my conditions. When I moved here I was lost without my doctor and look to find a doctor who cares about what I feel. I went to Dr Figueroa and was like an open door for me. For the first time I could do something that was for me. No more let others to bother me emotionally. That was a relief for me.
