I have now had three endoscopies by Dr Snowberger because of Barret’s Esophagus. Her sweet spirit and her professionalism do not conflict and her explanations to me and my wife have been very helpful. I recommend her and her staff, if you are in need of a Gastroenterologist.

Dr Snowberger is patient and thorough

Since moving to Texas I’ve had excellent care from Dr. SNOWBERGER and her staff. She has followed my care closely, listened to my concerns, and have been treated with good results. My daughter sent me to her and am so pleased.

I never saw Dr. Snowberger- only Wendy. When you are actually in the office, she makes you feel like she cares... when you leave, it's like you never existed. After an X-ray, ER visit, defecography, CT scan - after any of these, not ONCE did the office (I can't say doctor because I never saw the doctor) contact me with results or a follow-up plan as promised. I was in extreme debilitating pain for over a month and no one contacted me with results. The only time I got answers was after calling several times for several days in a row. Also, when calling AGAIN to try to confirm next steps, I asked if they had ever received the results of a CT scan at the ER. They had completely forgotten about this, though they told me they would "of course" call me with their insights when they were faxed the results of the scan. In fact, Wendy pulled up the results via computer over the phone as I called and asked me to be patient as she scrolled through over 40 pages of information - though I… visited the ER a month before the phone call I made because they couldn't be bothered to follow up. Do. Not. Go. Here. Ever. They do not care. The moment you leave the office, you don't exist. When you call repeatedly to make sure they're doing their job (which they're not), they will respond in a frustrated and almost degrading way. Definitely not the treatment you want when you've been in pain for over a decade and are just trying to find a solution.

Dr. Snowberger is wonderful! Easy to talk to and explains everything in understandable detail, highly recommend her!
