Noelle Buonincontri, APRN, FNP-BC

Noelle Buonincontri, APRN, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner providing whole-person primary care to patients aged 5 and up. She cares for men’s and women’s health, manages acute and chronic conditions, performs annual physicals, sick and well visits, flu shots, immunizations and preventive care. Early in her medical career as an EMT/Paramedic, Noelle experienced firsthand the impact that capable, compassionate care can have in critical moments of people's lives. These formative experiences led her to become a family nurse practitioner, allowing her to build trusted, long-term relationships with her patients. Noelle's approach emphasizes prevention, education and a whole-person continuity of care across the lifespan. She strives to make every visit meaningful, prioritizing time to truly listen to and understand her patients’ concerns while partnering closely with referring providers to achieve the best possible outcomes. Her broad clinical experience in emergency …medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, women’s health and pediatrics enables her to provide efficient, high-quality care for a wide range of patient needs. Noelle earned a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

In her free time, she enjoys quality time with her family, staying active through swimming and exercising her green thumb in her home garden.
