Dr. Noelle Elyse Reid, MD

Dr. Reid is one of the best primary care physicians I’ve had in several decades. She listens to my concerns and is attentive. She will also explain things to me and answer all of my questions that I might have. I am very grateful to have found her.

This review is solely for my experience with Dr. Reid, not her office staff. She has an impeccable bed side manner, and is very thorough. Dr. Reid always makes me feel heard. She listens, does not rush you, and genuinly seems to be a very caring doctor. She is very easy to talk to and always has a smile. I love that she is so personable. Now only if the rest of her staff took note.

Dr. Reid is amazing. She takes the time to listen and doesn't make you feel like your questions are not valid or ridiculous. I am also loving the Telehealth appointments. If you are just having a discussion with the her and not having any tests, it makes things so much easier when you don't have to make a trip.

Dr. Reid is stellar! Her bedside manner is great, and she takes her time with patients. I am very pleased with her as a physician and the office is clean and modern.

This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever experienced. I have not ever made it to the doctor because I got no further than the unprofessional office staff she has. They don’t do their jobs and when the consequence of that happens, they want the patient to pay the price. They lie and are unorganized. I am reporting them to my insurance. I don’t imagine the apple falls far from, but if it does, Dr. Noelle Reid, save yourself because your staff makes you look very bad. I’ve had two scheduled appointments that did not happen. The office manager said I would have to wait possibly all day because of required paperwork and verification that they did not send. When I told her I had not received it she replied that I should have checked with them because they told me (which they didn’t) to expect it. Twice they did not send anything and suggest that I should have done their job. I have a medical condition, which they know, and they have put me at risk. This is… dangerous and shameful.

Dr Noel was very professional, answered all our questions with patience, felt a real dr/patient relationship. This was my granddaughter's 1st real visit being a teen and dr Noel gave her a level of comfort.

I had overall only convenient and satisfying experiences with Dr. Reid and her team. I am very happy the services I received.

Dr. Reid is great. Her office is clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Her staff members are polite and very helpful. Her “bedside manner” is awesome and she’s very knowledgeable. I’ll be keeping her as my PCP for as long as possible!
