Dr. Nonna B Rivkin, MD

Excellent pediatrician. I worked with her for 2 years at another location. She's the best

terrible experience!! my child ended up hospitalized- complete lack of compassion or care....

Good doctor for my daughter. She answers any question you may have and will give reassurance when needed. Regarding the front office - MAJOR DISLIKE. If it wasn't for the fact that this office has 7 doctors so we could alternate if one wasn't available when we needed them then we wouldn't go. The first time I went to this office, I turned around because the ladies at the front desk were/are the unfriendliest, unhappiest people. They look as if we are disturbing them when approached.

Although the doctors are wonderful especially Dr. Rivkin, the staff is really needs to be a bit more polite/nice to the parents. I would have not dealt with their behavior if it wasn't for the doctor's. I recommend this place if you are looking for a good doctor and don't care about poor receptionist or nurses.

There are several other doctors after her practice and I find Dr. Rivkin to be the most knowledgeable and passionate about the child. I was ready to move my child's record to another doctor since the staff at the office is not very friendly and accountable. If it's not for Dr. Rivkin's professionalism, I would have look for another doctor a heartbeat. I don't need to deal w/ the office politics.
