i went to see Dr valdez for a problem i had for a long time she was able to help and went out of her way to explain my situation the staff was very good a special thanks to Miss Veronica her receptionist she was very helpful

Writes false information on check out. Short staffed. continues to prescribe meds for bp that I cannot take. Never looks a my chart/ has called to reschedule apt due to forgetting she had a consult. While I am driving in. Thinks I am bi polar due to me staying up 48 hrs and at the time, I told her I thought I was. Will continue to use the words I have said of myself, in order to use against me. The receptionist is the only one that runs that office. One nurse only, for over 4 months. Health suffers due to the attitude of said nurse. It use to be a nice experience, things in order at the best she use to take time to see how you are. My bp have risen every since 4 months. Looking for new Doctor that I can trust, like I had with Dr. Valdez, before this started.

The best doctor I ever had. My blood pressure returns to normal following my visit!

I am thrilled to have Dr. Valdes. She is concerned with your health problems and is very thorough in examining. I feel very comfortable in discussing personal problems. I would recommend Dr. Valdes to my friends.

Dr. Valdes is a wonderful doctor, very attentive to your needs. I hope she continues her practice. I would not know what female doctor to go to that is so caring and attentive to my needs. Please let me know if there is another doctor out there that is as good as she. Just in case she has closed her practice. I have not been able to get in touch and her phone is disconnected temporarily.

I highly recommend dr. Valdes to anyone who seeking a compassionate caring doctor. There are not too many of these left they're usually all about the green$$$, unfortunately the only bad thing I would have to say is her staff is not quite up to par as far as being prompt with any kind of activity that needs to be taken care of due to medications and follow-ups. Other than that she is an excellent doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Valdes for approx. 5 years and I believe she is an excellent physician. Very professional, caring and thorough in her treatment. She has seen me through various illnesses and I trust her without reservation.

Support staff is horrible and does not call back as promised.

Have been seeing Dr. Nora Valdés for over 10 years. Love her and the staff.

She is worth waiting for.
