Dr. Norbert Kased, MD

Norbert Kased, MD, is a radiation oncologist, with expertise treating genitourinary, thoracic, breast, skin, gastrointestinal, central nervous system, head and neck tumors, as well as lymphoma. Dr. Kased has direct experience and extensive training encompassing a wide array of therapies for the treatment of cancer, including external beam radiation therapy (intensity modulated radiotherapy [IMRT], 3D conformal radiation therapy [3DCRT], Gamma Knife, TomoTherapy, and intraoperative radiation therapy), as well as high-dose rate (HDR), low-dose rate (LDR), and electronic brachytherapy. This broad knowledge base, training, and experience with various tumor sites, along with the vast array of treatment options, ensure that you will receive a thoughtful recommendation for customized treatment of your cancer. He has conducted research and published numerous articles on central nervous system, gastrointestinal, thoracic and genitourinary malignancies.
