Dr. Thompson is wonderful! Friendly, compassionate, willing to listen to the patient (YAY!!!) and very up-to-date in his knowledge! A great Doctor!!! SAVED MY ARM & HAND!!!!!

I ended up having to go back for my wrist as the issue had re-emerged (a possibility I was fully aware of). Dr. Thompson was professional and upfront about the care needed, and I had a good understanding of what treatment and recovery would look like. He even worked around external factors that impacted the when that were happening. It was good to have a doctor bluntly say that something wasn't a good idea and explain why, going into some of the issues that could happen. This led my husband and me to have a more serous conversation of what all would be needed after surgery, and he could even prepare at work better for the help needed. He also had a better understanding of what he needed to watch for. Plus, Dr. Thompson's office (or himself) includes detailed notes in the app/visit notes.

It was refreshing to have a doctor that took time to answer my questions. Dr. Thompson has a great bedside manner and really seems to care about his patients.

It was so refreshing to speak with a doctor that allowed me to make the decision about my problems. I will probably never surgery in the future but the doctor gave me his opinion and allowed me to decide if it would be now. I decided to wait 3 months and revisit the problem. The doctor was so kind and wanted me to understand everything that was going on during my visit. Recommend Dr Thompson without reservations.

Other than waiting 20 to 30 minutes after appointment time, all went well. Except Dr. Thompson wants a follow up visit in 1 week, scheduler made appointment for 2 weeks. This is not acceptable!
