Dr. McClatchy is great. I’ve seen him multiple times and feel confident that the care I am receiving is top notch. He is really good at explaining the issues and lays out more than one plan of action in treatment. He is thorough but also has patience when listening to you. He is kind and has a very calming bedside manner.

He was knowlegible and personable. He explained what he could see, and what we could do about it. He was not in a rush to get past me and on to the next patient.

Dr Mcclatchy was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything to me and gave me options. He was kind and did not make me feel I was taking too much of his time. I would highly recommend him!!!

Doctor McClatchy is very friendly and explains the options of treatments. Did explain that reverse shoulder surgery was the best choice. We chose the surgery. He took the time to explain what to expect after the surgery and the therapy afterwards is very important. Doctor McClatchy is a very good Surgeon. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs surgery.

Dr. Mcclatchy was right on time. He explained my X-ray thoroughly to me. We talked about keeping me active and the best way to do that. We agreed I would have another shot. Will try the shot and not hip replacement unless necessary. He is easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone.

I’ve had many appointments here and they are always prompt and on time. Today we barely sat down and were called back. Most visits have been that way. Staff is very patient and courteous and Dr McClatchy is always kind and never in a hurry. I never feel rushed. Overall my experience with Ozark Orthopedics has been very satisfactory. Also my 3 months of physical therapy in Siloam Springs with them was very pleasant. I enjoyed the banter and positivity from all the therapists while doing their jobs. They and the office staff were great! Thank u for the support.
