Dr. Stephen Ozanne, MD

The woman at the front desk is rude and abrupt. The Dr has zero personality. Basically I spent $55 copay for him to give me a cartoon brochure on how to stretch.

Very unprofessional. Stop treating me two weeks before I had to return to work. Make decisions based on personal reasons and not medical evaluations and history with patients.

Greeted with enthusiasm. Interview with practitioner was pleasant. Doctor was kind , listened and unhurried when discussing problem. This was a very good experience followed by potential solutions. I was pleased.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The Doctor was very informative and very clear. He help me understand what his happening with my back. He also very caring! I had an enjoyable visit!

Dr. Ozanne has tried a few less invasive ways to treat my neck and back pain, but the results were not long lasting. So we are considering a surgery that should yield better results. He has referred me to a surgeon who is more experienced at this particular surgery. I appreciate Dr. Ozanne's candor and the referral to another surgeon. I also like the way he answers all of my questions. The office staff is very pleasant and professional to deal with.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to my problem. My time with Gwen was special she listens well and was very open with me about her life and education and family. We have chemistry together.Leda was nice and friendly almost bubbly. Dr Ozanne was sweet and explain to me what I was dealing with in my back and how to treat it. He has kind eyes and trusting. Very nice experience.

Dr Ozanne is a very experienced and competent spine Doctor. His treatment methods are very balanced toward what is best for the patient. Probably cutting edge without being over aggressive. He takes time to listen to the patient. I am very pleased with his approach. The staff are very courteous and professional.

I recently had a laminectomy and fusion and Dr. Ozanne was wonderful. I cannot recommend a better surgeon. He listens and is very helpful with any questions or concerns that you may have.

Dr. Ozanne has taken such great care of my mom. All of her back pain is gone and he was very helpful in the hospital to answer any questions we had. Great job - we will recommend you if we ever know anyone that needs spine surgery.
