Dr. Norma E Bachoura, MD

HORRIBLE! Bad advice. Bad bedside manner. No empathy/sympathy whatsoever. Obviously, she didn't know what illness I had and did NOT refer me to a specialist and did NOT offer a follow up appointment. NEVER will I refer her. Not to my worst enemy, if I have one!

I really like Dr. Bachoura, but she's hard to get in to see. That was fine when Heidi was around but now that she is gone and there is this new PA I think it's time for me to leave. The PA seems to throw out text book answers to symptoms and can't think outside of the box.

The system at this doctors office is broken. You pay to see a "Doctor" but end up just seeing a nurse and a PA. The PA is no help and just tells you give it a week. I saw two other doctors same day and both said I had a bad bacterial virus in need of antibiotics. This Doctors office did not even consider this option. Horrible service.

I have very good insurance and because of this doctor's "office protocols" I have changed primary care physician. I have paid out of pocket to visit the physician's assistant, my insurance called them to let them know I was covered, and they would still not see me. If you are new, do not choose Dr. Bachoura's office for your primary care physician. They care more about policy and money than they do about their patient's and their health and well being.

Dr. Norma consistently demonstrates a sincere interest in my issues/ailments. She is an excellent listener and has, to date, provided perfect care. Not only is she a great physician but she has a wonderful personality. Her front office staff is always friendly and efficient and her back office MA’s never fail to treat me with respect. I highly recommend Dr. Bachoura and have referred my family and friends.

horrible experience can't wait to change my primary care physician.... people working the front desk are unprofessional and you can never get an appointment... hope you can wait 3 days min. with your illness before you can see a doctor or just be ready to see a doctor from er

Difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Bachoura, although I am a long term patient of hers. Typically I am given an appointment with a PA. Not the same, because I lose the advantage of her past knowledge of my health history. Besides, I like her very much in a professional way.

Best doctor ever!

Great Dr spends the time needed. Dr Norma is very friendly and cares for her patients.
