Dr. Norma Aimee Cruz-Luna, MD

I went to Dr. Cruze-Luna expecting to met with a professional that was educated and somewhat kind. I quickly realized that she wasn’t any of those. My psychiatrist retired so I made an appointment with Cruz-Luna thinking she would continue with the medication and treatment that has been working for me for 15+ years. She was so arrogant and told me that I was just depressed and would not give me the medication that has been helping me for so long. She didn’t take time to read the records from my psychiatrist. This Dr. made her decision by looking at the medication that was prescribed to me from the past 10 years. She told me I have a drug problem. She thought I was just looking for drugs. So she wrote a prescription for antidepressants and an antihistamine. I’m suffering from a mental health issue and I will continue to suffer until I find a real psychiatrist. It’s scary and sad that she has patients that put their trust in such a poor example of a psychiatrist.
