Theres a reason thoer rating is very low. Staff is extremely rude. I have brought this to the attention of palacios. And it seems as if nothing has been done. Hes a good dr. But staff makes him look terrible. The worst i have ever incountered

I had been going to the Pharr Clinic for about 15 years. When I first met Dr. Iglesias she was very pleased, and as time has gone by, she doesn't seem to care about your needs. She doesn't take the time to listen, bedside manners are bad, which is really odd, because she claims to be a "Christian". She visits this office once a week and only for 3 hours. She has way too many clinics, which are ALL filled with PA's. Not one doctor!! So, if you need an actual DOCTOR, you need to call her clinics and find out which clinic she will be at. Another reason why I continue going was because one of her PA's Carmen Castillo WAS THE BEST!! and she is no longer there..she was so much better than Dr. Iglesias...The night clinic HAD Carlos Vela. PA, which he was somewhat good but only good for basic illness. If you have an emergency...GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. The Night PA they have there now...is a COMPLETE IDIOT....Having said all of that, I have now moved to another Clinic, where the Dr. herself… if there Mon-Fri 8-5!!!

MR. CARLOS VELA ,PA, IS THE BEST. I VISITED THE NIGHT CLINIC AT THEIR PHARR LOCATION FOR THE FIRST TIME AND WAS ATTENDED BY MR. VELA. AWESOME, CARING, VERY PROFESSIONAL PA. BECAUSE OF ALL THIS SUPER PATIENT CARE I WILL BE CHANGING MY CHILDRENS DOCTOR TO DR. NORMA IGLESIAS AND ASSOCIATES.
