Dr. Norma Martinez, MD

Dr. Martinez is a good doctor, I felt very comfortable with her when ever i had my visits. She was my doctor for a long time and unfortunately I had to leave Bright Medical to go with Kaiser. I will miss my visits with her, but I do recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good doctor.

It is difficult to schedule an appt...there is never anything open for a month. I am most unhappy with the wait times. I find myself waiting in the waiting room for 30 min and then another 15 to 20 in the exam room. Doctors expect patients to be courteous of their time...they should extend the same courtesy to their patients. When Dr. Martinez does see you, she tends to rush and ask the same questions that I already had to answer on the paperwork. Overall, I am not pleased with my experiences with her.

When you see her you feel rushed. It feels like she has a timer and your waiting for it to ring to tell you when your time is up. To get an appointmet to see her is rediculous it a month wait. What if I'm dead by then??
