Secretaries and nurse assistants are very Ruth

Health department need to close this place. The doctor assistant examined me internally without gloves i wanted to cry. I called my family doctor and yelled at them why would they send me to this awful place and i am 5 month pregnant. The place is awful and dirty and its what you see in nightmares. My appointment was 11 i had to wait for this awful expensive two hours to call my name. I entered at 1pm and the one who was taken my info looked like a student who wasn’t even able to read the questions for me because the words were too difficult for her. Please if you are referred to this place don’t go please.

This doctor not only made me come back to her office three times, as she had to cancel last second, when I finally got a moment to come in and see her, she was pushy and careless and gave me no other treatment options, other than an antiquated procedure that ended up scarring me severely. To this day I am visiting other doctors trying to correct the damage this woman has done to me.

Dr norma is the worst doctor very disrespectful not professional and rude very disappointing of how I was treated as a patient

The worst doctor visit ever! Unfortunately, I was referred to this doctor and had to go before I could change. If you have a choice, please don't go!! She is the worst!!!!!!!!

Not only did she lie to me about my test results that were later redone at another doctor and proved that she is a liar, but she tried to get me to pay out of pocket for something that my insurance covers and try to link me up with a shady pharmacy to treat my fake condition. This was after waiting 2 hours past my appointment time. Avoid her at all costs and don't trust anything that comes out of her mouth. She should have her license to practice medicine taken away.

I had to undergo a procedure that she gave me no information about. She randomly gave me a medication which gave me an infection. When I came in for the procedure, she left the door wide open--even though I was unclothed and crying and protesting--and talked about how disgusting my body was and how she couldn't go through with it. I will NEVER go back to this doctor. I can't imagine the amount of women she's hurt.

The staff doesn't know what they are doing or saying , I waited 3 hours to see Dr Salceda while she was eating chicken omg so dirty her office and her office restroom is so dirty , I never seen doctors office and restroom that dirty, I mean that much money you make and you can't have a clean office? Specially gynecologist! I'm going to report her to close this business or do something about it because I'm not going there but all the poor people that go there it's not fair. Her nurse told me I'm going to have biopsy Wednesday so after waiting 3 hours dr Salceda told me ,,no not today we don't do it here only in hospital I do ok" so they waisted 3 weeks of my life only to wait another 3 weeks to have ok from insurance to do biopsy, No way I'm changing this doctor NOW.

Very poor, poor customer service. They lied about scheduling my surgery and I had to wait in pain for additional weeks for them to correct their error.

Doctor Salceda only took 1 or 2 minutes with me to give my results after I waited like 45mins. Telling me I would have to get a couple of more test cause I had a fibrous but it wasn't that important and that was it. No more explanation is like she doesn't have time to see or help but to get pay No care for patients only $$!
