Dr. Norman J Cohen, PhD

I do not trust him with patient confidentiality. He revealed to my spouse things I told him that I thought were protected, including the fact that I was bitter about going through neuropsych.

He was rude and unprofessional. Terrible with children!

Did not feel that Dr. Cohen had the knowledge needed to evaluate children. His understanding of children with brain injuries was, in my opinion, less than good.

Just Horrible. He treated me with NO respect, was outright cruel and at certain times he was extremely cold. AVOID THIS DOCTOR!

In addition to being very kind and caring, Dr Cohen is great at relating to his patients -- and in our case also the patient's parents. After our child underwent an extensive neuro-psych evaluation, Dr Cohen met with us to review what was a very complex report. Without in any way talking down to us, he was able to explain the nuances of his report so we understood the results, and also their implications. In addition, he provided strategies for learning that have been very beneficial to our child. Basically, he is a brilliant and delightful guy.
