Dr. Norman Glassner, MD

I had a knee injury and he suspected a sprained knee upon evaluation and xrays. He told me I should resume whatever activities that I wanted to as it healed. He said the worse that could happen is I could tear my meniscus if I really had a torn ACL, and both can be repaired at the same time. After 4 weeks of feeling constant instability, he had me take a MRI. It revealed that I had torn my ACL. At the appt where he informed me of these results, he then followed it by telling me he doesn't do that procedure. I didn't care for his bedside manner and I feel like I had been wasting my time and money going to him to only have to schedule more appts with a new orthopedic. Expect long wait times. I had an 8:30am appt, upon checking in, a gentleman in the waiting room said I was the 5th person who was in the waiting room for an 8:30 appt with this same doctor.

waiting time was over 1 hr....he needs to give more time per patient so he is not so back loaded.
