Dr. Hetzler and his team replaced my mitral valve in September of 2025. Dr. Hetzler and his team were very professional and I have had a great recovery. I would highly recommend him.

I had lung surgery to remove a cancerous node. Dr. Hetzler was warm, respectful, easy to talk to, and explained the procedure well. He was frank about what to expect, and I actually had much less pain than I anticipated. The node was removed successfully. I’d trust Dr. Hetzler implicitly should I need his services again.

I underwent by-pass surgery with Dr. Hetzler, and while it is an experience I hope not to repeat, I would not hesitate to again seek the very skilled services of this unusually talented physician. We are fortunate to have a physician with his training, experience, and skills in the middle Georgia area.

I owe him my life,if I had to do it again he would absolutely be my first choice.his upbeat personality will lift your spirits tremendously.and that alone means a lot when your facing open heart surgery

Dr. Hetzler replaced a valve and and did a four way bypass on my mother. What a wonderful doctor! He was caring, thorough, and extremely respectful and professional. My whole family was so sad to hear that he re-located. It is such a loss for our area!
