Dr. Norman Margolies

I have been going to Dr Margolies for the last 12 years or so. I have always found his staff courteous and flexible in addressing my dental needs. This has all been happening where as an adult I have ad braces for the last 4.5 years. It was not until last year that I truly understood how much the Dr cared for me not only as a patient but as a person. When my frustrations had grown with the orthodontic process, Dr Margolies made several call to my orthodontist to get a status and to also put the treatment into laymans terms. Finally the big day came to get the braces off, and Dr. Margolies was willing to come in on his day off (even on Good Friday) but unfortunately the orthodontist could not schedule the day. The second day available was today, and once again Dr. Margolies came to his office on his day off and numbed my whole mouth for the procedure. Considering the procedure that I was about to go through I had a lot of apprehension, but the Dr. assured me that I would not feel… any discomfort during the heavy cleaning process at the orthodontist. I would just like to say that Dr. Margolies made a very apprehensive patient relax during a stressful process. I now look forward to working with Dr. Margolies in the restorative process of my smile.
