Great Doctor

Horribly unprofessional staff. You will not be seeing a doctor. There is a Nurse Practitioner who is a little awkward in her delivery. You will be sat in a freezing examination room for 35-40 minutes to wait in a paper gown. The physician assistants or front office staff is abrupt, rude, ignorant with poor communication skills. I can't believe they were actually laughing and playing in the office like toddlers. Hitting one another with files etc. Honestly, don't waste your time.

This the most ghetto doctor I have ever been. The Doctors take days off on the day that patient need them the most. They have no good customer service. I never seen my primary doctor. I was always even sheet to someone else. I would take months to get an appointment they make appointment for patients and donâ??t show up. When I call them they put me held and forget what was the question is. They are very rude. When you get into an examining action room you wait a long time to see the doctor and t takes them along time to come back with the paper work. The environment is cold and it feels like the staff does not want to be there

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to in my life does the staff are very unprofessional and the billing office is even worse I showed up for an appointment I was charged and said I was not even there. They could never get anything straight you ask for paperwork you never get it. I give the rating for this doctors office all thumbs down. Very poor no stars

Very untrustworthy.

Doctor and PA are both very good, but most of the staff are very unprofessional. They act like you are a burden to them, they are not friendly and most of them act like they would rather be doing something else. Office also could use some "makeover".

Love the doctors but he office staff sometimes is a little unprofessional. Example. Phoned the office to schedule a follow-up appt from a trip to the urgent care 2 days prior. Was instructed to follow-up with my own doctor so called the office to do just that. Someone answered phone talking while I am still on hold and can here there whole conversation then she answers and puts me on hold and comes back and says are you on two lines. I'm like what no you just placed me on hold and came back. Tried to schedule the appointment and said i have no appts. available you can walk-in so I said okay but that was so unprofessional never experienced that before. So not sure what was going on did not even recognize the voice of the person. I also can't imagine not being able to get an appointment after being treated in emergency and instructed to go to emergency by the doctor Dr. McKoy. I am baffled and will discuss further doing my visit next week.

I've been a Patient of this doctor for a long time and because of the limited choices in GOOD Medical Care, I stay. His office is cluttered - borderline dirty and needs to be organized. There are papers, pharmaceutical samples and pamphlets EVERYWHERE! The carpet is dirty and the bathrooms are old and outdated. The staff leaves a lot to be desired, from hollering through the office to being curt with clientele. It's next to IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment and when you do, it's normally 60 or more days out. Dr. McKoy is a good Doctor and he is knowledgeable and attentive, but he needs to get rid of that staff, in order to have a thriving practice and to be the kind of doctor, that really helps people.

I called for an appointment as a recurring patient and was told I had to wait almost 2 months for the next available appointment. As a result, I dropped in on the days the office fits people in on a no-appointment basis and waited 3 hours to be seen for 7 whole minutes. I did get a thorough conversation about my test results and a letter later on with more information (in the mail). The receptionist/front desk clerks are rude and very ghetto, not polite at all, even the Spanish one that was there the day I went. They act like you are disturbing them.He's a good doctor, but his staff is the worst. I'm not going back.

The wait time to get an appointment is about 3 months for a 5 minutes GP discussion. The office staff is very discourteous, late and the office is ran more or less like a free clinic
