Dr. Norman Morris Saba

I switched to Dr. Saba's practice 5 yrs ago. I have 4 kids. Mostly well visits but he always asks how I'm doing and even though they are quick visits he is always friendly and asks if we have questions. We have had a few health concerns for 2 of our kids and we luckily had nothing develop. Dr. Saba called personally to discuss results and options a few times. If we have a sick visit he is usually in office and only once in 5 yrs have we been seen by another doctor when he wasnt available. I am laid back and feel like he is also laid back and that's probably because he's been doing this for over 30 yrs. Also the staff has also been helpful and friendly whenever we are seen. And we've never had to wait too long. Usually in and out within an hour and that'd be waiting for the shots.

The most caring and personal doctor. When I worked in the hospital he would stop me in the hall to talk to me. He is the most caring doctor I have ever had.

We saw Dr. Saba for the 1st year of my daughters life. Our first visit went great, he spent a decent amount of time with us. After that every time we went in, he spent less then 3-5min with us and never reviewed her chart prior to visit, or during. Each time he did not know what medications she was on, prescription formula and medical issues. Then we took our little one in for a sick visit and he seriously spent a minute with her and said oh it's a virus. They never even checked her temp which was 103'. We went elsewhere and she had double ear infection and severe sinus infection with fluid behind her ear drum. We switched at the 1 year mark and have never been happier!!!! The new pedi spends at least 20min with her, is not all rough with her, she laughs and enjoyes her so much!! She is treated like a person, not a number!!

When my princess was born with Tetrology of Fallot (a serious heart condition), Many doctors made me feel as though she would not live very long. Dr. Saba changed that and gave me hope, he gave me lots of info on condition,

Dr. Saba is very knowledgeable and we trust his opinion, however he doesn't take enough time with us to really get to know our child. He will diagnose and rush you out the door unless you ask him to please take a few minutes to answer questions. When calling the office with medical questions about our newborn, we will get a call back from a nurse who clearly has not read our child's chart before calling and will give advice that doesn't even apply (such as breastfeeding when we are actually bottle feeding). After much frustration we are seeking another provider. I am very disappointed since Dr. Saba is an excellent clinician, but the level of service and support we need as new parents is sorely lacking.

He is very kind, thoughtful and enjoyable person. He is really smart and wise. We are really happy to choose him for our little baby boy. He is really professional and an expert in his job. He is not only thoughtful about my baby also for me and my husband... Furthermore, his memory is really amazing. He does not forget even minor event about my or my husband's life. He is one of the best choices I have ever done... I strongly recommend him.

My daughter is almost 8 months, and has been seeing Dr. Saba since birth. He is not only knowledgeable, but so friendly with my daughter and also me. I feel so comfortable whenever I visit. My daughter did start dropping weight because the quality of my breast milk started decreasing. He never judged me, or made me feel bad, he just helped. She is gaining weight so well, and I never mind the extra visits for weight checks. I actually look forward to them. I can't imagine ever changing physicians, and am incredibly thankful to have him in my daughter's life. I know he'll always be doing what's best for her.

Dr. Saba is an amazing doctor. I went to him as a child and now take my daughter to him. She is four now and enjoys going to the Dr. because she loves Dr. Saba. He makes her feel comfortable and relaxed. I was diagnosed with cancer a year ago and he would call to check up on me even though I am no longer a patient of his. He knows what he is doing and really cares. I would never take my children to anyone else!

Dr. Saba is overly invasive and an alarmist. His staff drops the fractional ounces when weighing newborns. When he sees that the newborn is not gaining weight (because it's less than one ounce), he orders panels and insists that the child needs to go to the hospital. In addition, when fired, he complains to Child Protection Services! Use at your own risk.
