This provider was very kind but often forgot information, needed reminders of which finger was fractured when putting in information into the computer.

I have had good and bad experience so its hard to rate. I was not told the test would not be back that day. I forgot to ask for a doctors note and did ask on my chart but didn't get an answer. If I was told It would take a few days then I would have been informed and wait. I know It can take 48 hours to get a response but It doesn't say what to do If you need an answer about something quickly. I guess its just a difference of how my doctor and other doctors are. My doctor responds same day usually or his nurse does. I Was and am very concerned about my child and I think I could have been better informed on the test and when to see results and if I had concerns where I could call cause to go to clinic or hospital many times is not cost effective. I appreciate she did the test cause that usually doesn't happen with Healthcare they guess and treat then if that doesn't work try something else. So it was a good appointment in the moment but after and what to expect could have been better.

If you're looking for a provider who spends little time with you and over changes then you're in luck!

Dr. Baltagi is an amazing doctor she is very thorough and she goes the extra mile for any patient. She has done several things to help our little guy out with referrals and finding the right doctors for his needs. She is friendly and caring you are definitely important to her when she is with you. I think I would walk to China for her she is that good!!

Dr Baltagi is a great doctor she was excellent with my son Omanti, and I guess it didn't hurt that her son and mine are very good freinds!!

I would highly recommend that you stay away from this woman. She forgot our daughters test results at our 3 month follow up appointment (which was why we were there) and then had the nerve to tell us that we needed to call her over the weekend to get the results and the subsequent treatment/prescription. She then listed 3 possible treatments based upon the test results which she didn't even know what they were. This was also after waiting over an hour to see her and having her tell us to "not give her juice because it will only make her fat"...our daughter is only 3. She was completely rude and unprofessional.
