The single worst doctor I have ever dealt with. Got freaked out by an ekg reading, even though the nurse told her the machine was malfunctioning. Scheduled an IMMEDIATE stress test, citing threat of death if I ignored her. Did the stress test, and everything was normal. Also, watch out if she has your phone number. If you don't follow her advice, she will call you about six times a day until you do.

Dr Crystal had me do three tests. EKG, blood tests and wearing a heart monitor for a day. The EKG was done in-office and the outcome was normal as so was the result of the blood test. Dr Crystal also ordered the heart test but there was never any indication of anything wrong with the heart. This test was very expensive and I was shocked that we had this burden added on without understanding how this would help. Dr. Crystal left the results by a voice mail and was then out of the office for two weeks without really explaining the results. She requested that my heart rate was high but offered to more details such as, why it could be happening, the seriousness of the issue, etc.. Dr Crystal is prone to order lab tests which are expensive and often overreacts to minor or manageable illnesses.

She rushes through the appointment and refers to specialists for minor stuff!
