Love her, she is accurate and she saved my moms life. She is compassionate.

I had great vitals based on the nurse’s exam which was great...she was super nice! But when the doctor came in I was felt like she was rude and berating me. Will not be going back. You should not leave a doctor’s office feeling worse about yourself.

Called to clarify if Dr. Ahmed accepted a specific Insurance. Spoke with Ana. Gave me false information without clarifying first and said they did not!Told her I spoke with Tracy whom told me they did. She then asked Tracy to verify and was told they do. Ana could not stand to be corrected! when I told her that she should be certain of giving information before giving out being that tons of potential patients call for information. Was rude! Her tone changed. I then hung up. Bcareful when calling and speaking with Ana! She needs more training and a good bed side manner!

Dr. Ahmed has been my physician for many years. She is caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. I have referred many of my friends to her and will continue doing so. I am in good hands with Dr. Ahmed.

I have been a patient of this office for one year. I barely get a return call if I had a convern. Nurse sparkle, displays unprofessional manners over the phone and does not take accurate notes, she keeps asking the same question over and relays inaccurate information to Dr. Ahmed. Genni the PA is nice and detail minded. Dr. Ahmed is a good physician yet very low tolerance when it comes to leadership and communicating with the patient. The main problem with this office imissing patient advocacy and helping a patient with questions. They keep passing you around and keep the patient lingering.They lost my colon test two times and they said they fired the lab girl after waiting months. They provided me with the third test kit to try but I received some results before me sending the third time. I called three times to see if these are correct results since they said my tests were lost. I was promised a thorough investigation and a call back which didn't get. I called again and the front… desk girl said; I should go and follow up with the lab myself..( I have never been to their outside lab). This office also charged me $100.00 in case my new insurance didn't cover me ( dr Ahmed's office is in my insurance network). After two months I am told the claim was not sent, when I inquired about my mo why , each time I was promised a follow up, still after two months nothing. I have never in my life had an issue with communication or follow up with a medical organization until now. I am in shock with lack of effective listening or care. I would not recommend this office, and if my insurance was not so limited I would not continue going.

The Best Primary Physician in the Metropolex! Dr. Ahmed truly cares about my health. True Life Saver. I wouldn't trade her for the world. Lovely and courteous staff. I actually enjoy my Doctor visits, it's always pleasant.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ahmed and her staff. I have been looking for a physician who would coordinate with my specialists and be responsible for my overall health. Dr. Ahmed has far surpassed my expectations. She listens, assimilates appropriate information, takes necessary actions and follows up with everyone involved. Above all, it is very obvious that she genuinely cares, and that is greatly appreciated.

Dr. Ahmed spends a lot of time with you and makes you feel as if you are her only patient. She is very knowledgeable and will work you into her busy schedule if necessary. She makes it clear that you can contact her any time if you have questions or need her. She is an excellent choice if you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable physician. Also, her office staff if courtesy and professional.

As other reviewers have already mentioned, Dr Ahmed and her staff are excellent. I have been to numerous doctors in many countries and have never felt as confident that I am receiving the care I want as I do with Dr Ahmed.I will be sending every member of my family to her. She is the best.
