I couldn't be happier with Dr. Sillah and am so appreciative I selected her and her team for my care!

Extremely disappointed with her work. She had to sew my daughters head up after a craniotomy. That is an operation that a neurologist surgeon has to open the skull to do brain surgery. She sewed it up once, and then a 2nd time. We made sure we had a 2nd opinion and a 2nd surgeon in surgery with her. Skin was too tight and it kept ripping open. After a few months she tried again for the 3rd time. She knew it wouldn't work but would not tell us that. 4th time came, and she admitted that she wouldn't be able to succeed but was "Willing to try". I asked about a "Free Flap" Which is basically a tissue transfer but requires a lot more time and in depth of constructing tissue and blood vessels from another part of the body to the head, so it adds more skin and would be able to be sewn up properly. She admitted she had never done that and was doubtful she could. There is a lot more to this story, but to sum it up. This is NOT the Dr. you want to go to if you need your head just sewn up. Wish… I could post pics here. This entire process cost my 25 year old child to wear a medical helmet for 1 entire! If you are reading this, imagine wearing a medical helmet for even a week. When it all could of been avoided. We obviously went to a different Plastics Dr. that gave my child back her life. Hopefully she has started to take pride in her work, because she didn't and has zero confidence in herself.
