Dr. Nychelle Thompson

Nychelle Thompson is an LPC Resident in Counseling with 3 years of experience working in mental health. She is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples overcome challenges and live fulfilling lives. Nychelle's specializes in adjustment disorder, anxiety, coping mechanisms, depression, interpersonal problems, low self-esteem, stress, and trauma. She completed her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. This, along with her professional experience, enables her to provide her clients with the guidance and support they need. According to the preferences of her clients, Nychelle uses an eclectic counseling approach that combines many types of therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and faith-based therapy.
