Dr. Odin Alexander Waite, MD

I would not recommend this office. Office staff is unprofessional and they don't like to be questioned. I confirmed ahead of time that dr waite had my daughters x-ray and when we got their after waiting 30 minutes they called her in the back to get a x-ray. When I said "no" dr waite already had it they argued with me that they don't. I called my dentist and he faxed over for the second time. I then called them a few days later to question the consultation fee and they called me back stating they were cancelling my daughters procedure because they couldn't take the chance of me insulting the office staff. If you're willing to see a dr without questioning them they're fine, but look out if you question the staff on billing or having the necessary information that was provided them.

Before I chose Dr. Waite for a tooth extraction I chose a doctor who could take me right away as I was in a lot of pain from an infection. It was a huge molar and I asked for a local but the nerve was felt during the entire extraction. It was a painful extraction and I did not trust a local again. I was told by Dr. Waite that not enough local was used and I knew I had gone to the wrong doctor. Dr. Waite is very personable, and after we talked, I felt confidant with him performing my extraction. I had laughing gas first that relaxed me and did not feel the needle for the intravenous I asked for called "Twilight Sleep" which I had many times before. I woke up in a bed with no pain and I stiqll have have no pain and it is almost a day later. I will only go to Dr. Waite in the future for any needed extractions. Thank you Dr. Waite and your professional staff for a wonderful experience.
