Doctor, nurses and staff are mostly rude. The FNP I saw hardly examined me before giving me large doses of antibiotics which didn't help (started taking Zyrtec, which solved the issue....). They didn't follow up with my results, which means I got them from a scheduler. Eventually got a call from a medical assistant to discuss my ultrasound results and need for a biopsy. When I dared phone to ask questions about possible side effects I was having from medication they prescribed, I was told by the receptionist to go to the ER. They also got my pharmacy wrong, which med to me having to overspend for my medication..... I was only with that practice for about 6 months.

This doctor will not see you, over books and has very rude office staff. I do not recommend this doctor at all. Medicines are mixed up and wrong prescriptions called in to the pharmacy. Then you can never get anyone on the phone to fix the error. My recommendation is to choose any other provider, unless you like to be belittled and degraded as a human being.

After Dr. Adams left the place went down hillAnd the so called bookkeeper thought she was the doctorafter years of going to the office for my family my wifegot sick and I called and left message on answer machine thatI was bring her in and did I need to go to emergency room or cometo the office no one returned my call so I took her to the officethey called her in and she came back in 5 mins said they would notsee her as she owed a 64 dollars or so bill from 2 years past and the doctor would not see her I went to the back and questions they said thatthey had been sending bills and I had not paid I asked where they sent them and they give me a old address for the property I had sold 2 yearsbefore and they had the new address as I was in the doctor office each month I paid the bill and was told the doctor was still not able to see her by the office staff I saw doctor in hall and ask why she said she would see her and then found out that she had to be admitted to the hospital and while… she was under care we received a cert. letter that said the office would no longer see my wife and I as patients and we had 30 days to find someone else to treat us Then they refuse to turn over all records to the new doctor. Now I really have a bill and my wife has one which I refuse to payand wish they would take legal action
