Dr. Narvasa is a very good Doctor

Dr. Narvasa is a very good Doctor. Their office is very clean.

First of all I was a past employee of Dr. Narvasa and let me tell you 100% she does not care about her patients like she says she does and she definitely doesn’t care about her staff. I have put in literally blood and tears into that office and every day I worked there she belittled and if we were to tell her how we felt she’d shut us up and tell us we’re disrespectful and in her country that’s not allowed. Don’t be fooled patients she makes the staff cover for her and tell each patient she’s gone in the afternoons on Wednesday and fridays and that she has meetings and that is untrue she’s in the back monday-Friday 9:30 am(because she comes in late everyday) to 6:00 pm. Her husband (the manager) sits in the office on his phone watching the employees on his cameras, orders things on eBay, and occasionally prints out medical records and breathes down the employees neck to make sure everything is done correctly. The employees stay overtime and he doesn’t account and pay for it and gets… away with it because he doesn’t have time clocks so the only way “he knows” if we’re on time is if he checks the cameras. The doctor verbally authorizes her medical staff to refill patients medications without checking how long her patient has been on their medication and how it’s effecting them so the staff will get blamed if she gets audited or sued not her. She prescribes controlled substances and anxiety and depression medication like it’s water. She does not discountinue harmful medication till she gets a clinical patient health concern in the fax from insurance companies. I left their office every night very effected by how they treated me throughout the day and took advantage of me and just hoping god would send me some hope and another job in order for me to move on and still provide for my family without breaking me down everyday.

Had to change to another primary care physician for my mother. This MD relied so much on her NP interns. As far I can remember, she never did physical examination of my mother. It was always done for her by the NP interns. Until my mother was diagnosed with cancer. Even for test results and checking up on my mom’s condition after the surgery, it would still be her Intern calling us not her. No compassion at all! It was difficult for us to get hold of this MD.

Do not go see this Dr. She will misdiagnose you and send you away with your life irrevocably changed for the worst. Her whole staff along with her (Rosie, Rauol, PAs) is unprofessional. This is the most mismanaged medical office. They have no business being providing healthcare to any patient. The office should be closed down immediately!!

The office was very nice. She has nice and great staff especially the doctor.

Went to Dr. Narvasa for over a year and today I find out that she closed her office down. Never received a letter, or anything stating she moved or why she was shutting down the office. I think that is very unprofessional. Now I need to find a new Dr.

I have been a patient of Dr Narvasa for over 15 years. Her and her staff have always taken my health concerns seriously. I can always call in and get the help I need or get a next day appointment. When I do come in for an appointment I can always look forward to being greeted with a smile. Her and her staff are always friendly and take the time to make sure I leave happy and healthy. Thank you Dr. Narvasa and keep up the good work.

Everything went well for a physical but took almost 30 minutes for the assistant to give me the lab referrals while there are NO patients waiting!

took them 8 days to find a refer a facial surgeon i was told to see within 2 days of the incident the doctor seemed caring and attentive but as soon as you leave its like you were never there, they don't call you back and when they do they will avoid you by calling your land line. ask for a prescription and they will tell you maria has to approve it. i don't think maria even looked at what happened to me because i would imagine someone with a broken jaw and exposed nerves to get more than a 5 day supply of pain meds i was extremely disappointed that they immediately started treating me like a drug addict and didnt get back to me for about 4-6 days i have not slept.
