Office staff is SO RUDE! Receptionist is doctor’s wife and she has no class and hangs up in the middle of important call. The reason is that she is busy. Even when the patient calls she doesn’t have time to refill the medicine or take the calls. She hangs up in the middle of the call and turns in the fax machine after she checks the caller ID.

I was a patient of Dr. Ro's when he practiced in Dayton, Ohio. I went to see him because I was feeling exhausted and unwell -- I knew something was wrong. He took blood work but told me he thought I was depressed (though I denied this) and prescribed anti-depressant medication. I did not fill that script. A week later, I got the results of my blood test and it turned out I had an Epstein Barr infection -- mono! I obviously did not need anti-depressants and the effects of being on them when I didn't need to be could have been terrible for me. He's very quick to write a script - I would not recommend him.

As someone who works at another doctors office, it is completely unacceptable the way the staff who answers the phone handles calls. I was hung up on multiple times while trying to get pre-operative testing for our patient who needed surgery. They are rude and unprofessional.

Do not go to Roh. He needs to retire- he is old, and clueless about what he is doing. My mom went to go see him and after checking urine he told her that she needs to get more exams. He predicts that she has cancer. He said it as if he is calling his dog's name. Not only that we found out that he prescribed her the wrong exam for her cancer test. We called to tell him that he prescribed wrong- he told me to cross it off and check off the correct exam. His wife works with him, the worse staff. All she cares about is money. CONCLUSION- DO NOT GO.

Stay away from this doctor. He is useless. My father was vomiting for 10 straight days and this doctor did not even have the common sense to tell him to go see a specialist. He kept prescribing acid reflux medication. His vomiting got progressively worse. I tried calling this doctor and even left a voice mail, but it was impossible to reach him. I finally decided to take my father to the ER. He was later diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer. We still have not heard back from this doctor. This doctor should not be allowed to continue practicing medicine. He is clueless at best, and negligent at worst. I kept telling my father to find another doctor, but my dad said that he liked going to Ro because he is "good at prescribing medication." Please, please - if you have non-English speaking parent who wants to go to this doctor because he speaks Korean, I urge you to take them to another doctor.
