Dr. Oksana Kloyzner, MD

I have been a patient for 2 years and find the office staff easy to work with. I find the doctor to be willing to answer my questions and to give me her opinions in a straight forward manner. This is what I like.

Hours long wait time, allowing other people who showed up late in before me while I had to sit in their disgusting waiting room. Then I was let in to examine room for nurse to do preliminary stuff only to wait for another hour for the actual doc. Then she does nothing in the actual examine room and brings me into her office where she asks me very basic questions about my health and dismisses issues I have. Rushed me along, with confusing language for my next step. This was not a physics exam yet I was billed as such.

Knowledgable, proficient, friendly and medically savvy

I had very bad experience with that doctor and I'm amassed how such a non professional can work as a doctor

She is a wonderful Doctor... Wish she were closer to my home.

i brought my son to dr. Kloyzner. He complained of severe headaches and balance issues. He also had nystigmus of the eyes which the doctor confirmed. She examined him briefly and diagnosed him with a middle ear infection. Being a nurse the symptoms appeared to be pointing at something suspicious. I begged her to order a cat scan of the head. She adamantly refused stating, "not necessary". She gave him a script for an antibiotic. I took him to the e.r. And told him to tell the md he was hit in the head. They found a 4x5 cm mass in his brain. The docs said they would have done the scan even if he did not get hit in the head due to his other symptoms. By the way he did NOT have an ear infection.

I called this doctor because my primary doctor was on vacation and she was the "on call" doctor. She basically said (in a gruff manner) that she was too busy and to go to a walk-in clinic and she hung the phone up abruptly!!! No - I will never contact this office again and I recommend that anyone hesitate before going there as well. Apparently she doesn't need the income from patients.

Dr. Kloyzner is one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. She tested my thyroid levels at my request but didn't bother to tell me what they were when she got the results even though the levels were incredibly low. This resulted in a week stay at the hospital. Also, I called her office because of a stinger and they told me that they couldn't do anything for me and that I should go to the ER. She didn't want to look at it or anything.

During my first visit Dr. Kloyzner seemed knowledgeable and empathetic. She told me to lose 6 lbs before my next visit in three months, which I did. So she seemed very pleased with me. She wanted to see me lose another 6 lbs by my next visit, in three months. Shortly before that visit I saw her because I wasn't feeling well--for acute symptoms unrelated to weight. I hadn't lost the additional six lbs. and her demeanor was very different.She dismissed my complaints and implied that I was imagining things. I felt she was rejecting me as a patient. I saw her again today to review the blood work she had me do and received the same treatment. She spent about 7 minutes with me then ended the appointment abruptly. I don't consider myself a "difficult" patient and haven't been treated like one by other doctors in the past. You might want to take this into account when considering making her your PCP.
