Terrible communication and bedside manner Impossible to contact PPC front desk or nurses without hours of frustration w call center holding times then miscommunications on relayed call center messages mistakeke never know who u r talking to. Missed return calls not at correct phone numbers and directions relayed to “call center”. My care. Website a joke. Incorrect Information and my med changes. Looking for new internist/primary care doctor and practice! Very disfuctio al RGH office. Stay away. Dr Kiriakidi only saw 1 time was, Kind n compassionate. NP Jessica Martin very personable and knowledgeable also NP Brian Schull only saw twice personable n seemed competent. Dr M “forget about it”.

Rude poor bedside manner and incompetent

This is the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. She is quick to pass judgment about her paitents and fails to hear symptoms due to her own personal assumptions. Oh and she will quickly report you to your emergency contacts if you stand up to her claiming you are inept or incompetent. Find another provider immediately who provide person centered care while meeting your medical needs. This doctor will cause high blood pressure, lack of follow through,patient refusal and loss of clients. Penfield primary care should find an immediate replacement.

This Doctor is one of the worst I have ever met. The Penfield office is dysfunctional to the point of inept. Wait times, staff rudeness (the receptionists make fun of patients loud enough for waiting room to hear), and canceling 'overbooked' appointments only add to the frustration and poor overall care. Please, find a different doctor, this is one is has almost no 'working' knowledge and spends 0 time researching conditions and treatment options. Spare yourself the extraordinary waste of time.

Dr. Mschichowski currently is with Penn Fair Primary Care in Penfield, NY. Both my wife and I have her as our PCP and thus far have been very happy. She listens well and asks pertinent questions to be certain she understands all aspects of the health issue. She is quite thorough in her evaluation and approach. Her follow up to lab tests is impressive. She recently called with results and recommendations within hours after an ultrasound exam. Later that evening, long after office hours she emailed with specialist referrals to pursue further evaluation of a non-life threatening condition. It's great to have a PCP that doesn't make you feel like an office visit is a timed event or just another body being pushed through the system.

I'm honestly unsure how new this doctor is, but she behaves as though she is straight out of medical school--unsure, anxious, and too busy proving herself to listen to your concerns. When I expressed unease of reoccurring symptoms that were potentially an autoimmune disease, she was quick to push steroids onto /one/ of my symptoms without looking further into the problem. When I denied the steroid, insisting that I was interested in treating the cause, not the symptom, she explicitly assumed I was "just one of those people who doesn't like medicine". Incredibly presumptuous and unprofessional. After more insisting that something deeper was wrong, I was finally referred to a specialist and it was confirmed, I had Multiple Sclerosis, and indeed had it for at least a decade prior. Upon seeing Dr. Mschichowski again and relaying this information, her bedside manor was clinically superficial at best, apathetic at worst. I will not be seeing this doctor again, and hope to find… someone more invested in my neurological and systemic health, than their own conventional ego.

When I first saw Dr. Mscichowski, she did the most thorough exam and history I have ever had. She also cared enough to read my medical history from another state, something none of my other healthcare providers did. Finally, she pushed me to take care of a pre-cancerous condition I'd been ignoring. She even set up appointments with specialists. That's how she saved my life. She is not a warm and gushy doctor, but she is a good doctor. Highly recommended.

So gar she has been patient, but feel she is lacking some knowledge such as pharmacology. Mine is better and I took it 50 years ago. Yehe. Her ofice staff is exceptional. Sure is hard to find an adequate dkctor in Rochester.
