Dr. Olga Lidia Saavedra, MD

Very pleasant

Dr. Saavedra is a good doctor, one of the best I've had. Unfortunately, I had to change doctors because it was hard to get in touch with the doctor unless you used her personal number which should be only for emergencies. I could never tell if the doctor received my messages. One time I tried to make an appointment, I couldn't get through. I left a message, I didn't get an answer. I went in person and had to wait 4 hours to see the doctor. She is such a nice person, I assume she doesn't know what is going on. It's also an Hispanic office. The majoirity of her clients are Hispanic. It could be why I was treated differently.

Doctor takes time to listen to her patience. Answers her patience questions . If patience does not understand the doctor will explain.

I don't know if the other commenter's reservations were based on relative experience with all doctors, but I have been seeing Dr. Saavedra for eight years, and have found her office to be quite accomodating. Staff seems to be accurate and efficient. Wait times are typical or better than many offices I've dealt with during my occasional referrals. Time with the doctor is focused and efficient, but any and all concerns are addressed, discussed, and an action is determined. I have never felt dismissed or ignored during our facetime. I'm very satisfied.

The Dr. herself is great but I am sorry to say that her staff especially the front desk is very unprofessional. Very hard to get appt.'s and on every Thursday afternoon when they have in house service there is no way to get thru for 2 hours... that is why I have gone on to search for another Dr. within Res community... sorry doc but your staff is hurting you and we are a family of 8.....
