She has practiced dentistry for 6 years in her native country before she moved to the Unites States in 2001. She enjoyed living in a new environment but soon realized that she missed her profession terribly.
Dr. Thurman decided to pursue a dental career in the US and got accepted to the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry where she successfully graduated in 2006.
