Dr. Lao took care of my baby with exceptional expertise, compassion and displayed much patience during my tough time coming to grips with my 12 year old needing surgery on her ovary and appendix. As I cried, he assured me that he was going to take care of her and her medical issue to the best of his ability. He took his time to explain every step of the way, provided me with photos after surgery and reassured me because I truly needed to hear some positive words. I was a scared parent and he was a gentle doctor. Not cold and callous like most doctors. They usually rush you along. But not this doctor. The follow up was just as pleasant as our initial meeting. Dr. Lao is top notch in my book!!!

Dr. Lao and the team that took care of my son after his appendix ruptured was excellent. Dr. Lao was very knowledgeable, funny, and hospitable. Even after being discharged we received phone calls from him to just check up on my son. All efforts were extremely appreciated! I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Love that not only the nurses but also the doctor took his time to explain evrything about my son's health and keep calling after surgery was donde until my son was in perfect conditions

Dr. Lao and his team are the best! They went above and beyond to ease my 4 year olds (and mine)nerves about surgery! The office is super clean, the team is welcoming and every detail was explained thoroughly so I knew everything to expect. Surgery day nurses were incredible and I knew my baby was in great hands! The great attention didn’t end there… Dr. Lao personally called for continuous follow-up!

Dr. Lao excellent surgeon, we were fortunate that Dr. Lao was the one who operated on our 3-year-old daughter for inguinal hernia, after the intervention he came out to explain everything he had done and to let us know that the surgery had been a success, We were surprised when the next day after the surgery it was the same doctor who called us to find out about Maiah's evolution, that lets us know how dedicated he is to his patients. Highly recommended.

Dr. Lao is the best of the best! I highly recommend him . He is funny and friendly and made my daughter feel very at home, especially on the day of her surgery. He was very thorough when explaining the procedure being done and kept us informed of everything before and after the procedure. He is always very courteous and his staff does not stay behind!
