I've been there, feeling disconnected from my true self. But through personal work with EMDR therapy, heartfelt conversations, regular exercise, and mindfulness, I've begun to reclaim the vibrant, loving, and spirited person I am.I hold a deep belief that healing is possible for all of us. We are each perfectly enough as we are. Every year, I choose a new focus – whether it's finding joy or accepting imperfections – which helps me grow and see life differently.As your therapist, my goal is to make sure you never feel isolated during difficult times.
