My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Olivia Hower for over 20 years. Dr. Hower is knowledgeable, consistent and caring. The staff is awesome and most have been a part of COPC for many years, which matters. I appreciate that every visit is like the 1st. Dr. Hower has never been indifferent, which can sometimes happen over time. My concerns are her concerns. Most recently she started a new practice with a group of doctors. I am proud to say we have moved with her just as we have done a couple times over the last 20+ years. The new office is very nice and is in a great location in Polaris. I have confidence in all of the COPC Polaris doctors.

Dr Hower truly is the best Family Medicine Dr. That I have ever seen. The time that she spends with you to get to know you and your needs is remarkable. She cares for your well being and is never in a rush to move on to the next patient. I am very lucky to have her as my Dr.

Dr.Hower is a very caring doctor she totally cares about her patients she always takes her time and answers all your questions and is very thorough on treatment I cannot say enough about her she is always helped me in many ways always trying to save me money or even to give me sample products for my CO PD yes she may be my doctor but I consider her a friend

Dr Olivia Hower is by far the best Doctor I’ve ever had. I say this after leaving my past provider, very dissatified. She has passion, insight, and understanding of her patients.
