Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Billing practices are VERY questionable.

I went to Dr. Lana for years when she was located in R.I. She constantly ordered test and would never give results over the phone. She would always make a new appointment with another co-pay to give you the results. Always on her computer, and always ordering test. And like all the rest of these reviews I too was told I had lyme...... I wonder why she left R.I......

She a wonderful Doctor

Dr Lanna is a very good physician. She always wants to go the extra mile to figure out exactly what's going on with you to try to get you the treatment and/or specialists you need. Her office manager is very friendly and is always on the go trying to help you any which way she can.

Dr. Lanna is one the most caring doctors I have ever known. She truly cares about her patients health but more than that she cares about all aspects of her patients - physical, mental, and emothional. Her diagnostic skills are above average as I found out on more than one occassion. I could go on and on about how much I love Dr. Lanna but let me sum it up by saying if you are looking for a primary care doctor your search stops here.

inappropriate comments about pt's. I had a positive test and wanted it investigated furthur as I have multiple heath issues, and her response was "well, mine's positive too and I'm fine". Does not seem to have a very good handle on her patients, never knows why you are there. Her office manager out front does your vitals after she has handled money and credit cards, don't even know if that's legal, compassion and caring are all fake, she could care less, you are simply a payment to her. Orders labs for you and then doesn't call to say everything is ok, you will not get results until your next visit which could be 6 months away. My new comment : good riddence

Dr. Lanna is very stuck-up and judgmental. I went to her numerous times for the same issue and all she did was talk condescending to me. I was never diagnosed and she just kept re-testing me for the same thing. Come to find out I had pre-cancerous cells in my cervix and PID. Thanks for the waste! I am now fertile because of Dr. Lanna's misdiagnosis (or should I sack lack of diagnosis)

Due to the expert clinical assessment of Dr. Lanna I was diagnosed in the very early stage of malignant cancer. My prognosis is excellent for a full recovery. The surgeon was impressed by the early diagnosis and stated I was very fortunate because the early diagnosis prevented the cancer from spreading. Thank You Dr.Lanna

Very unprofessional. Went to her when everyone got a diagnosis of Lyme, finally got a 2nd opinion when she said I had to get IV meds for Lyme. Traveled to a Well-respected Dr in Boston said I didn't have Lyme. Some seem to like her based on this website...but my experience was awful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lanna's for the past 11 years, I have always been more than satisfied with her approach to overseeing my medical needs. In addition to her expertise in diagnosing and treating any issues that I have had, she has an extremely warm/comforting approach to medicine and truly cares for her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
