Dr Bellorin, his team, and the support staff at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell are outstanding in all ways. Their attention to details, patient experience, care and consideration are excellent. I felt in the best caring hands and bright minds through the entire process of pre-op, preparation (i would say during surgery, but, well, I was out!) post op and follow up we’re exemplary.

My experience with Dr. Bellorin and his staff, especially Stacy, Jacque and Kristen, has been outstanding. Dr. Bellorin was highly recommended by one of my physicians and her recommendation was not exaggerated. At every stage of the process, from my beginning to explore bariatric surgery options, to pre-and post surgery care, my experience has been a very positive one. I clearly was in excellent hands and received first-class medical care both from Dr. Bellorin as well as his support staff and the hospital (NYP). Dr. Bellorin patiently answered each of my many questions, explained the procedures clearly so that I could understand them, and demonstrated compassion and caring. My surgery went very well; I had no complications, and my post-surgery care was very well-explained to me in advance and again before I left the hospital. His staff followed up with me once I was home and again a few days later to make sure I was doing well. Post-surgery checkups are well scheduled to… check-in to make sure I am doing well and to answer any questions. This week, I reach my 6 week post-surgery "anniversary" and I am well on my way to losing the weight I need to improve my health and live the best life I can create for myself. I felt very supported along each step of this journey by Dr. Bellorin and his staff and I am grateful to them for helping me. It's no fun when you need to have Surgery. Dr Bellorin is a excellent Surgeon. He has the wonderful ability to explain in detail the process to make you feel at ease. He takes the time to make sure you know exactly what procedures and test are needed before surgery. I was 100% happy with his Bed Side manner and his ability to make this process go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend him !!!!!!!
