Dr. Omar Nizar Osmani, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Osmani for almost a year now. His staff have been great and I feel like he has treated me with the best care. He is treating me for a spine problem. When I first saw him I could not walk. Now I can walk and the pain is almost gone.

I’d give negative stars if I could Horrible staff and after almost a year of appointments I have yet to actual meet the doctor and it’s taking this long to get carpel surgery even scheduled (which I still haven’t been able to schedule) thought it was insurance company but now thinking it’s the doctors office after reading some of the reviews on this doctor I’ve been sobbing for two days after the way they treated me

The last time I was here, I waited for over 2 hours. I get that it's a relatively small office, but schedule according to what you can handle without having the patients having to wait so long.

Dr. Osmani and his Nurse Practitioners are an amazing asset to Roswell. I was originally scheduled with the NP for my knee pain she gathered all the groundwork for Dr. Osmani. So when I saw the doctor he diagnosed my tear in my knee and had me scheduled within a week for surgery and when problems with my insurance arised Dr Osmanis staff took care of it. Dr Osmani and his whole entire staff are beyond amazing and I would recommend them.

This place is a joke. Don't waste your time coming here! My fracture was a joke to them! My genetic disorder was a joke and they didn't care! Pi$$ poor service. The doctor's here do not care!

This Doctor was horrible. He was late to arrive for surgery. I was given no clear after surgery instructions resulting in my suffering a deep vein thrombosis. When he was notified of my hospitalisation, I never saw him. After my release from rehab I did a follow with him. When I tried to tell him what I had experienced his response was to angerly yell at me. I would like to have these pins removed from my knee, but because of this experience with Dr. Osmani I will just suffer with the pain.

Horrible bed side manner, would not answer my questions. Yelled at me when I didn't understand. Staff is nice, Dr Osmani was horrible.

The people here are not very friendly. I keep having to go back and pay my co payment of $30.00 everytime I go see them. They only spend like 5 minutes with patient and are not very good at explaining what is happening next. They said my insurance will not pay for multiple symptoms which makes no sense to me. Pain is pain. I called my insurance and they said that was not true, that it was the Dr's choice. My insurance even told me to go to another another Dr .

I highly recommend this doctor. He took care of my back and was the only one who was able to diagnose my problem and treat it after I have spent years seeking help with other physicians in vain. Thank you Dr Osmani!
