Awful Dr. I am only giving this guy a one star because there is no option for 0 stars.I advised him through MD Live I have no voice (which he could here but sounded like his dogs in the background were more important), extreme sinus pressure, a persistent cough, a fever, etc and he would not listen to me and advised it was all viral. Then advised me to take all this over the counter stuff which I said was not helping and refused to listen to me. Waste of money. MD Love should stop using this Dr. He is extremely rude and does not know what he is talking about. I have never ever had a bad DR through MD live but this guy is absolutely atrocious.

The worst doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. During the brief 30-second visit, he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and spoke over me before I could even explain my concerns. The entire appointment was confusing and bizarre, as he showed no interest in my health or well-being. It felt as though he was more focused on rushing through the visit rather than providing proper care. His approach seemed to prioritize quantity over quality, and I can only imagine how poorly he would manage his own practice if given the chance. His lack of knowledge and professionalism was alarming, and it made me question how he even entered the medical field. I understand why his ratings are so low, and I strongly advise others to avoid him. This experience left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the standards of care being provided. MD Live is honestly one of the worst groups of physicians I have had to ever deal with but this really had to be the worst one yet. 0/5 – I would… not recommend this individual to anyone.

I'm shocked by all the bad reviews! Just had an appointment with Dr. Jamal through MD Live and have absolutely zero complaints. He was attentive, quick, and thorough and was able to get me exactly the help I needed. I would not let the reviews scare you off.

I would not recommend Dr Omer M Jamal with MDLive. He does not listen, will not consider what you have already been through and just takes your money and the appointment. Such a waste when you are looking for help from a professional and you are at your wits end. Total disappointment. I’ve been sick for an extended period of time and with no real improvement, I decided to make an appointment through MDLive. Included information within my profile of what’s been going on and duration of my symptoms, including the meds I was taking. He told me to take over the counter medications which he admitted during the call they not solve the issue and then told me to go to see a doctor in person. He did not read what I stated in my profile nor listen to what I had already gone through and then telling me to go see someone else after he took the appointment and charged me is just unbelievable.

Rude, terrible man. If you dont want to be a physician go do something else, and stop making patients miserable.

I'm so grateful for our healthcare heros but Dr. Jamal was so rude, rushed, it was a really unpleasant telehealth visit.

My appointment with Dr. Jamal was quick but thorough. I was happy to get a prescription without having to go into an office. He was NOT rude like the other reviewers have said.

Had this Dr for an online appointment through MdLive he ignored me, talked over me, didn't take my prior experience into account and the hung up on me without prescribing me any medication or recommending any treatment total waste of my money and time

Had a consultation over MDLive with Dr. Omer Jamal. Terrible attitude. He literally just hung up on me LOL. I couldn't believe it but seeing all these other feedbacks makes sense. Talk about being MISERABLE on the job. This doctor is a joke.
