OMESH JHAGROO Has billed multiple visits that never happened. He works with Essen Health who without consent of the patient schedules a telehealth that never occurs and then bills for it. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and filing a claim with Medicare he boldly continues to bill for services never rendered.

This doctor takes time to listen to your complain, i cant find another doctor like him

Doctor Jhagroo was my doctor which I thought of being nice. But he started acted like a little spoiled kid. As a diabetic I should've been seeing him every three month unfortunately that didn't happened. You have a scheduled appt when your reached the center you're then told there was no appointment made. He refused to see me after the only person in the waiting he never came out after sitting there for little more than a hour. The assistants at desk were do unprofessional in doing their duties. Instead of using the shredder for the unwanted documents they just ripped them in four pieces and placed then in the basket. Eating at desk, chewing and popping gum. The nurse by the name Gwen tried to play if off by trying to let me see another doctor. I was then told in confidence to speak with Dr. Pierre which I had a meeting with him left the Nostrand Avenue center and never went back to that facility. They are all rude, nasty, disrespectful. I think some of them should have a serious… customer and public crevice training. They use a cods so silence in covering up for each other. The most effective, pleasant and understanding people are those who works for the foot doctor and the optom. The rest needs to trained without pay. I'm happy with the primary care physician that I had. He see his and spends times with his patients

Yes I would choose this doctor again because he is on time with my appointment, prompt, & he spend time to listen to my complain, always do follow up visit which makes me trust him in doing a good job as a doctor. Yes I would refer a friend to him. 100% satisfy.

I will say that this doctor brushes off everything that you say as if he lives in your body and you the patient knows nothing about what is going on in your own body. And then when the symptoms become too overwhelming for you he doesn't want to have anything to do with you. One of the worst medical professionals ever in life.

He made me feel comfortable and reassured me that all the exams I needed will be taken care of in a timely fashion. He was very kind and paid attention to my concerns also.

Doctor Jhagroo is real, kind and has a good heart. He treats me with respect each time and treats all my medical problems. Getting an appointment to see him is easy and he alwys has a kind work to say to me. I would highly recommend him.

I am pleased with my doctor's visits so far. There were times in the past when I had to wait almost 2 hours before I could see the doctor even though the visit was scheduled. Now my wait time is almost zero. Dr Jhagroo is very pleasant and professional. Makes me forget what my complaint was once I see him. Guess he has a healing nature. Keep up the good work, Doc.
