Oneil Bains, MD, is a board-certified sleep medicine physician with special medical interest in insomnia, pediatric sleep disorders, narcolepsy and sleep disordered breathing. In 2003 he initiated the highly successful, five-week Insomnia Program, which helps patients overcome their insomnia without medication.Dr. Bains enjoys seeing the often dramatic results of this program and other sleep medicine treatments, and the big impact they can have on his patients' lives. He was named a Top Doctor by Seattle Met and Seattle magazines numerous times.Dr. Bains is married, has two children, and enjoys CrossFit and table tennis.
