O'neil "jay" Parenton III, MD

Dr Parenton has delivered my last 2 babies. He is a straight shooter and spends lots of time with his patients. My first labor was 28 hours and he was there for me the whole time. He and his staff are the best!

I should have ran for my life when Dr Parenton mentioned that I have very good insurance on my initial meeting with him. I should have known he wouldn’t allow me to birth my child naturally. All he sees is the money. He makes up reasons for extra tests, procedures and a c-section. I’m finding that these doctors are trained to fix problems and have no idea how to let nature run it’s course when the pregnancy is moving along fine. Csections are exciting. And he will find any and every way to run that insurance bill up!

Love Dr P!!! When my doctor quit delivering babies he recommended Dr Parenton. Took great care of me and my twins and delivered them on a weekend when he wasn’t on call. Could not be happier to have him as my doctor.

Dr Parenton was there for every part of a very difficult pregnancy. He answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. If it wasn't for him, my baby would not be here today.

Dr Parenton was great. Called me back personally with my test results and explained everything to me. Highly recommend.

This doctor has submitted for erroneous tests and procedures unnecessarily. I haven't seen Dr. Parenton for at least a year, but am still finding out about bills I need to pay. He's ordered the same test about every time I saw him with out my knowledge. He even mentioned getting a procedure just because it's "free" and my insurance would pay for it. I spoke with his nurse to voice my concerns and she was unable to provide logical answers about my billing questions. If you'd like to keep your money in your pocket and not go through unnecessary tests and procedures, try someone else. I'll always remember how this doctor jipped me out of money
