MY FAMILY MEMBER WAS ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL AND HE TOLD THEM HE WASNT COMING AND DIDNT

Very hostile attitude and very unprofessional. If I could give less than one star I would.

He has an excellent bedside manner and he offers such great care for you as his patient and he is kind and courteous to your family. His assistants and office staff are great people who are there to help you along the way and help in any way they can before and after your surgery. The best decision I have ever done

I will say that they go above and beyond to get you into the program If the Dr thinks that you are in need of his services.

I've been treated horribly by the medical assistant Myra. The other staff including the doctor are great, but I have been mistreated by Myra on numerous occasions, the first time I assumed it was because I didnt know her and possibly she was having a bad day. She has hung up on me when asking questions that concerns my health, she has mistreated me in person. I'm not sure what it is... but when it comes to my health I'd like to be respected enough to not be hung up on and my questions not to be made redundant. Avoid Myra at all cost, I don't know why she is in the medical profession if she does not care about the patients, when asked where the location for an outpatient procedure was done, she mocked me and "i told you when you were here" okay, well I'm from 65 miles away and I seen you over a month ago do you care to refresh my memory? "Call the front desk of the medical center" -click- Absolutely uncalled for, I did not go to a dr to be mistreated. I just hope she hasn't done this… to the other patients who are trying to receive care and get their life back.

The surgeon is fine. Office staff, particularly the dietician (Teresia) and (Myra ) medical assistant , have NO business working with obese and often depressed patients. Both are critical, negative, and judgmental with their words and actions. After 6 months of monthly diet and weight check appointments, patients interact once for about 15 minutes with the surgeon himself at the very beginning and maybe 10 minutes at the hospital when the EGD is done. Requesting an opportinity to speak with him is unproductive and a waste of time. I'm not really sure if the surgeon is the reason things are this way or if the staff insulates him and because of his involvement with other things he just isnt aware.
