Very personable doctor, seems to really care. Office wait time is a little long sometimes but worth the wait.

I waited extremely long and went to the office located at Howard University. The waiting room was horrible, the receptionists, and nurses were extremely loud and unprofessional. Doctor Otubu was extremely inexperienced as well. I simply went to her to meet and greet and to give my medical records and speak with her about my health issues...I did not get an exam at ALL...so tell me why when I log into my insurance site, she has charged a whopping 291.00 dollar fee. FOR NOTHING. she wrote me two perscriptions, I was suppose to have three and she NEVER submitted that one. She also told me that she does not like to allow refills on perscriptions and that I would have to come back in to see her if I needed one or call into the office..a Clear way for her to make more money from me by DOING NOTHING. Do not go to her or to the Howard University Family Health Center either, you will definitely be very disappointed and uncomfortable.
