Dr. Orlantino Gutierrez Dyoco, MD

I have been taking my three children to Dyoco for about three years now. Since their other doctor retired right before my third was born, he was last resort. His office is highly unorganized with a sheet in place of a doorway for files...which are stuffed in boxes. On more than one occasion I had to take my kids to an emergency room for better opinions. He is unclear in his speach and shows irritation when you have to ask him to repeat himself. His diagnoses are unexplained and when asked for clarity, he seems put out. I am finding a new doctor immediately and I cannot believe I gave him the benefit of the doubt for so long.

Doctor is a good doctor. I am able to be seen same day. I have seen many rude and loud parents in office when I'm there which is probably why doctor gets so frustrated. overall a good experience.

We have been going to Dr. Dyoco for several years now, he listens to everything I have to say, but he is a Man of few words. Don't let that fool you he is a good Doctor.

i have taken my 4 children there for 10 years.i keept telling dr.dyoco that my 1 year old could not rool over or sit up,walk,smile,hold down any food he's like a newborn he said "he's oooh ok it's normal ".it took over a year before i could get another ct scan i had to formula feed him till age 2 1/2.He is now 4 years old has a lazy eye,can only speak a few words and bearly started walking not to long ago he weighs 50lbs and is heavy to carry i asked him to sign papper from the dmv for a handicaped sign his wife maribel had a fit and told me my children were not allowed to be seen there any more and that my son was not handicaped i get social security for him and he has been to a brain doctor that says he's clearly disabled.

Many people have commented that they don't like this doctor, but then why do they continue to see him for so many years?! Anyway. I'm not going to say he's the best, but he has a few positive attributes that cannot be overlooked. He takes your child, should they get sick, on a days notice. (This has happened to me with my daughter several times.) While he isn't the best communicator, his staff is. If you have questions, press him on it, HE WILL ANSWER YOU. But if you are one of those parents who stay tight lipped, then yeah, you probably will leave with questions unanswered and that would be your own fault.Good Luck.

The other Pediatrician I had for my kids (DR.James Kieffer.. Great by the way) retired, So I had to get one a.s.a.p.. Bad mistake on my part.. This office is so dirty, the table they have your child on is dirty.. That may be an understatment. My daighter spilt a lil milk on it so I took a wipe & cleaned it.. Goodness, you don't want to know how much dirt was on that table.. I had a hand print within 2 cirlces of cleaning it.. I called to get her seen for her eye, & they gave me an appt the same day. One of the ladies said she needed shots & they could do it if I wanted. So I said ok.. I ended up waiting about 30 more minutes & my kids were tired. I was going to leave and make an appt to come back. I asked for her shot records & the lady said he was almost done. Then he came around the corner and said "I'm the only one here, you shouldn't have said you wanted her shots if you didn't want to wait" & That I wasted his time.. He was VERY rude from there on out til we left. After he gave… her her shots he threw her shot record on the table and walked out of the room.. As of that day I'm looking for a new pediatrician..
