Best Doctor I have had in decades.

I felt a bit rushed, conflicting information and did not feel my concerns, past history or input was being heard or considered.

Hi Dr. Orna you were very kind and helpful today, but I am having a problem making an appointment for tomorrow Sunday. We finally set a request for a call back. The nurse could not find your clinic. I know you said it was Tres something but my head is clogged and I did right it down. Nobody seems to know it by that name. I have spent over an hour trying with nurse and operators but it is a bit confusing. Anyway if you could send me the name of the clinic that would be helpful and any doctors names so I could be more specific. Perhaps the call back will resolve my dilemma. Anyway I started the Sudafed, still have pain below left ear and ear is blocked. Echo has simmered down pain level is about a 6-7. Over the years my entire family, friends and most the members of my book club have all been impressed with Dr. Orna Hananel. We're all always amazed how efficient she is with her ability to accomplish so much during brief 15 min. appointments. Yet all our needs are met & we feel fully listened to, questions answered, any tests or referrals completed and any needed prescriptions are ordered & ready for pick up!! It's an ART Dr. H has that I would love to learn!
