Dr. Orrin Lee Mackey

My wife stopped by the dental office on 3-29-18 and asked if they could repair a denture. She was told to bring it in the next morning at 8 a.m. and they would send it out to the lab. The dentist did absolutely nothing. My wife needed the denture so made other plans for repair. They called at 8 a.m. the following morning and asked if she was going to bring in the denture. She told them it was done elsewhere. There was no appointment involved and no work done by the dentist. Now I have received a bill that this dental office repaired the denture for $125.00 which they did not. Also a bill for $25.00 for limited oral evaluation, totaling $187.00. This is a fraudulent attempt to collect money which is not owed. Also verges on attempted extortion if I am damaged by placement of this bill with collection agencies or credit bureaus.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Mackey who has taken over the practice formerly run by Dr. Ted Janel. I will continue using Dr. Mackey as my primary dentist. He comes across as someone who really cares about your dental health.

What a great bedside manner. Appreciated his good work. He is the best.
