IGA is an excellent facility. I was having difficulty the staff were compassionate and professional. I’m grateful for each person, particularly Jenny , who took extra measures . Dr. Bisbal , knew my history, as I had moved from San Antonio to Boise . He assured me , asked if I had questions. Dr. Bisbal, followed up with results . The entire team provided excellent care.

This was my first procedure with Dr. Bisbal. He was kind and re-assuring from the beginning to the end. He introduced himself again in the procedure room and went over what he would be doing. He asked if I had any questions and answered them. Later in the recovery room he went over what he had done and found. His staff was the best also. All of them were so kind, took the time to explain everything, and again gently re-assured me during the lead up to the procedure. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Bisbal personally as well as the entire staff. All of them were very professional.
